Our Story

TogetherWeLearn is a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company established in 2019.

Founded by Sara Meakin, Clinical Director and Senior Lecturer, now supported by 2 permanent members of staff and specialised guest trainers who cover specific study days.

Our regular courses include injection, phlebotomy, respiratory, sepsis, and diabetes health-check training days and we also offer bespoke training days upon request.

In addition to training, we are also available to facilitate projects related to training and education. We have recently undertaken a successful project to increase student nursing placement availability and provided GPN lead services with a training hub.

Why choose us?

We believe that learning in a safe and enjoyable way creates a more memorable and meaningful experience, which supports the retention of knowledge, skills, and behaviour.

Our aim is to provide accessible, high quality training to support healthcare workers in developing their practice, giving them the confidence and experience they require to care for patients.

Our courses are charged at an individual rate or a day/group rate, which makes booking very transparent and easy to work out.

Depending on the course, we may use a combination of online learning, simulated learning, face to face learning or online webinars – this will always be made clear at the time of booking. Notes and certificates are sent electronically.

We are able to facilitate training at your practice or at our own venue in Berkshire.
