Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to services provided by TogetherWeLearn, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, registration number 12188495. Registered office address is 38, Strouds Meadow, Cold Ash, Berkshire RG18 9PQ.

These terms and conditions apply to all of our training courses. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any of our training days.

Booking a training course 

Course places can be booked by individuals or by organisations on behalf of attendees. Face to face study days are generally limited to a maximum of 10 – 12 but depending on the type of training course this my increased.

You will find full course information on our web pages. Some of our courses have specific criteria that must be met in order to attend. Please ensure that you have read and understood all documentation before booking. 

You will need to fill in the booking form information and go through any criteria checklists.

Learners who have additional learning needs should discuss this during the booking process in order for TogetherWeLearn to best support the learner’s needs. Please feel free to email us at info@togehterwelearn.co.uk.

Payment

Payment to be made upon booking a course through the website via PayPal. If you are being sponsored, please provide invoice details on the booking form and we will send out an invoice prior to the course date.

Attending our training courses is subject to the full course fee being received and cleared at least 72 hours prior to the course start date.

For payment still outstanding prior to the commencement date of the course, TogetherWeLearn has the right to refuse attendance, unless a justifiable reason is given for late payment.

Training course payment includes all face to face training, compulsory Zoom sessions for mentors/attendees, all pre-learning materials and course completion certificates. The price does not include travel, accommodation, meals or other related expenses.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made by via email.

Refunds are not available once payment has been made. However, if more than 72 hours notice is given, it may be possible to transfer to an alternative date (subject to alternative course availability),  or to arrange a suitable substitute to attend the course (must be agreed and approved by TogetherWeLearn in advance).

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the the course start date may not be cancelled or rescheduled and payment will be lost.

TogetherWeLearn reserves the right to cancel or alter a course date. Notification will be made via telephone or email using the information provided upon booking. Should a course be cancelled by TogetherweLearn, or if a rescheduled alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be made through the original mode of payment.

TogetherWeLearn will not be liable for any costs incurred. 

Conduct during training

Attendees are required to observe and abide by all policies regarding health and safety, suitable conduct, behaviour and instructions as discussed by the Trainer, at all times.

TogetherWeLearn aim to ensure that the learning environment is safe. Learners should be respectful and considerate of other learners and the Trainer, refraining from using inappropriate language or comments that others may find disrespectful. 

Confidentiality must be maintained and attendees should avoid sharing personal sensitive information about fellow learners or anything that is discussed outside of the session. 

Clinical examples may be discussed by the Trainer or attendees which should not be shared outside of the session, in line with your professional code of conduct (NMC, HCPC, GMC).

Data Protection

TogetherWeLearn will need to hold personal data in order to provide services to course attendees. 

Information to any third parties will only be provided with the consent of the attendees. 

Precautions are taken by TogetherWeLearn to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of personal data. 

We may inform attendees about other courses and services provided, though such messages can be stopped at any time by contacting us via email.

TogetherWeLearn does not hold or retain payment details.
